"Better in Relation" is an enriching workshop series designed to cultivate stronger connections and understanding within relationships, whether between couples, family members, or friends. Through a blend of interactive activities, insightful discussions, and practical exercises, participants embark on a journey towards deeper empathy, effective communication, and mutual respect. Led by experienced facilitators, the workshops provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals to explore their relational dynamics, identify areas for growth, and learn valuable tools for nurturing healthy bonds. With a focus on fostering authenticity, safety, vulnerability, and genuine connection, "Better in Relation" empowers attendees to transform their relationships from ordinary to extraordinary, enriching their lives with greater intimacy, trust, and harmony.

FIRST WORKSHOP

For our first workshop, we will be focusing on couples. After the initial honeymoon phase we often lose sight of one another. Amidst the hustle and bustle of daily life, we frequently miss out on the deep connection we yearn for, leaving needs unmet. When challenges arise, we tend to turn away from each other rather than towards, leaving us feeling more isolated than connected. The aim of this workshop is to foster greater intimacy and vulnerability, to facilitate opening up, connecting, and ultimately rediscovering each other. Because we thrive when we're deeply connected in our relationships. We are "better in relation".

The same workshop will happen on two different days.

What to expect:

• A deeper openness and vulnerability with one another.

• A day full of new experiences together.

• Exercises and games to bring out the playfulness that all humans are born with.

• Lasting techniques and take-aways to strengthen your bond also outside of the workshop.

FACILITATORS:

Leni, a relationship and sex counselor based in Berlin, has dedicated the past six years to assisting couples in distress through emotionally focused therapy, aiming to strengthen their connections. She passionately believes that the quality of our relationships profoundly impacts our personal well-being and societal harmony, driving her commitment to working with couples in all constellations.

Joshua, a trauma-informed coach based in Berlin, employs an embodied approach to his practice, delving into the emotional dimensions and integrating past and present experiences and traumas to facilitate a deeper sense of wholeness. Through this process, individuals transition from a victim mindset to one of empowerment, making space for future growth and resilience.

PRICE

For the full day workshop we are asking for 330EUR per couple. It is going to be a very intimate setting with a maximum of 4 couples.
